Scouts’ Youth Hostel is located at the outfall of River Pielisjoki, 1.5 km from Joensuu city centre. It offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. Guests at Youth Hostel Scouts’ have access to a self-serviced kitchen with a fridge with freezer, oven and microwave. Tea and coffee facilities are also available. A guest computer and a large flat-screen TV with DVD/karaoke player are available in the lounge. Bicycle rental is available on site, and ski tracks can be found 100 metres away. Linnunlahti Beach is 2 km from the hostel. Joensuu Art Museum is within 20 minutes’ walk.
