Quick description

On the edge of the Black Forest and a 10-minute drive from Switzerland, this traditional country hotel offers regional cuisine and rental bikes. It lies in the village of Epfenhofen. All rooms at the Landhotel Löwen feature wooden furniture and a private bathroom with shower. The rooms also have floor-to-ceiling windows. Löwen’s restaurant offers breakfast buffets and fresh game from the surrounding forests. In warm weather, guests can eat on the pretty terrace and enjoy great views of the surrounding hills. The Sauschwänzlebahn (Wutach Valley Railway) in Blumberg is 3 km away. It has a twisting route through the Black Forest and along the Swiss border.
